Universal Serial Bus Usb Controller Driver Has Exclamation Point

I was following the directions in my Microsoft Fixit Program and deleted a USB drive that was not working, then it goes to tell you how to put in a new one. My computer keeps telling me there is not a newer one. But when I run the device manager and check the status of the USB port, it has a yellow exclamation point with error: This device cannot start (Code 10) I have been to Microsoft help, HP help, Driver supports for both, and still no luck. I am having problems with most all my usb connections now. Can't print. I did notice a mention of bios and to go the the manufacturers web site, which I believe to be Asus, Still nothing. Could someone please help me with this ASAP!!! Thank you, Barbara Tucker

All drivers available for download have been scanned by antivirus program. I wiped it and put Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on it in order to get a clean image to start with. I've found all of the drivers but for some reason, I still have one remaining 'device' in my device manager with the yellow exclamation point. Beth moore here and now there and then download to play. Its labeled as 'Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller' and I can't seem to find the right driver for it.

When I go to my device manager and look over it, the Universal Serial Bus Controller has an exclamation point by it. When I click it to see it's properties and error details, it says that the NTKERN.VXD file can not load up the drivers for the USB controller. I have no idea how to fix this and I need some serious help with this..please email me back asap..nikkiajones@msn.com..thank u..the only information that was given follows:
